Thank you for shopping with Landmark Decor Wall Panels. Due to the nature of our products (e.g., large size, freight shipping, specific dye lots, and custom materials), we have a strict return policy. We ask that you read and understand this policy thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
1. Return Window & Final Sale Items
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on any products unless they are verified by a Landmark Decor Wall Panels manager to be defective or incorrect at the time of pickup or delivery.
2. Custom Orders & Special Orders
All Custom Orders and Special Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CANCELLABLE, and NON-RETURNABLE.
A "Custom Order" or "Special Order" includes, but is not limited to:

Any product cut to a specific size or modified at your request.
-
Any product (panel, furniture, etc.) that is not part of our regular in-stock inventory and was ordered specifically for you.
-
Any items with custom-selected colors, finishes, or materials.
Once a Custom Order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
3. In-Stock Items (Exception)
In the rare event that a manager approves a return for a standard, in-stock item, the return must meet all the following conditions:

The return must be requested within [7 calendar days] of the original purchase.

The item must be in perfect, 100% new condition, uninstalled, unmodified, and unused.

The item MUST be in its original, factory-sealed, and unopened packaging. Any item with opened, broken, or tampered-with packaging will not be accepted.

The original sales receipt is required.
4. Fees on Approved Returns
Any return approved under the rare exception in Section 3 will be subject to the following deductions:

Restocking Fee: A minimum restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This fee is non-negotiable and covers our costs of inspection, handling, and processing.

Shipping & Delivery Fees: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Original shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable.

"Free Shipping" Cost Recoupment: If your order was shipped to you under a "Free Shipping" promotion, the actual outbound shipping cost that Landmark Decor Wall Panels incurred will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.
5. Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
Under no circumstances will a return be accepted for the following:

All Custom Orders and Special Orders.

All Final Sale, Clearance, or "As-Is" items.

All open-box or previously installed items.
-
All adhesives, glues, connectors, trims, and accessories.

All furniture (including, but not limited to, Egg Swing Chairs, tables, etc.).

All Planters, Artificial Trees, and Greenery.

All product samples.
-
Gift Cards.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
You MUST inspect your entire order for any damage, defects, or incorrect items at the time of pickup or delivery BEFORE you sign for the items.

If you pick up items from our warehouse, you are responsible for inspecting them before you leave. Once items leave our warehouse, Landmark Decor Wall Panels is not responsible for any damage.

If items are delivered via freight, you must inspect all items for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage must be noted on the freight carrier's Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.

If you find any damage or receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours by calling (813) 327-0084. Photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping labels will be required.
Failure to report damage within 24 hours or failure to note damage on the delivery receipt will result in your claim being denied.
7. Policy Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase with Landmark Decor Wall Panels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
