Product Installation:
1. Prepare the Surface - Clean and inspect the surface. - Use a stud finder to locate and mark the position of the studs for wall installations. - Ensure the surface is even.
2. Measure and Cut Panels - Measure the area for installation. - Cut panels to the correct size using a saw if necessary. - Sand edges if needed.
3. Align and Position Panels - Place the first panel at the starting position. - Use a level to ensure it's straight. - Use spacers for even spacing.
4. Fasten Panels with Screws - Drive tapping screws through the panel into the studs or substructure. - Space screws every 30–40 cm. - Countersink the screws. Tip: Use appropriate screws for wood, maintaining consistent spacing. Allow small gaps between panels for outdoor installations to accommodate wood expansion and contraction. 5. Install Remaining Panels - Align the next panel and use spacers if needed. - Fasten each panel with tapping screws.
6. Check for Level and Adjust if Needed - Regularly check for alignment using a level. - Make adjustments as needed.
7. Finish the Installation - Cut and install any remaining panels to fit. - Trim or edge the panels with molding or trim pieces.
8. Optional: Fill and Sand the Screw Holes - Fill screw holes with wood filler if desired. - Sand the surface lightly for a smooth finish.
9. Apply Finish (Optional) - Apply a protective finish like stain, varnish, paint, or oil if the panels are unfinished.
